Allison Baver is a short track speed skater from Reading, Pennsylvania.
She did not make it past the semi-finals in either of her two individual events at the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver.
But in the 3000 meter relay, Baver's U.S. won bronze after South Korea, which finished third and one place ahead of the U.S., was disqualified.
Allison Baver was born August 11, 1980 in Reading, Pennsylvania, Baver is an American short track speed skater.
Career facts: Baver trains with the U.S. permanent winter sports Olympic team, in Salt Lake City, Utah. In the 2005-2006 season, she achieved her highest ranking as number three in the world.
At the 2010 Winter Olympics, in Vancouver, Baver competed in three events. In the 1500 m, Baver didn't make it past the semifinals.
Did you know: On February 8, 2009, Baver collided with teammate Katherine Ruetter on the third lap of the 1500m race in Sofia, Bulgaria and fractured her leg in multiple places.
Baver's booty: She is known for her extremely muscular buttocks, which were featured in the October 2011 ESPN Magazine. Baver says she is known as
Triple B -- Big Booty Baver.
